Q What is the FUN CLUB?
A

The FUN CLUB is an online "Savings Program" for "Members Only" which gives members savings on the fun things in life like going to the movies, theme parks, attractions, shows, sporting events, traveling, playing golf or going skiing.  Other great savings on groceries, prescriptions, health benefits and restaurants are available to members too. Membership to the FUN CLUB allows members to access exclusive 'member only' offers that are not available to the general public.

Q How much does a FUN CLUB membership cost?
A

Consumer (member) pays only Twenty Dollars ($20) for a one-year membership  -  The Group/Organization selling the membership receives 50% of the membership proceeds ($10). Now you see why this is such a great fundraiser.

Q How many months is the membership?
A Annual membership - one full year -12 months - 365 days

Q When does the annual membership start?
A

Your membership begins on the day it is activated and is good for one year, 365 days. If you activate on June 15, 2017, your membership will begin on that day and expire on June 15, 2018.  It makes no difference what day the membership is activated, it will be good for one full year.

Q If a person buys a membership and waits 6 months to activate it,  will it still be good for a full year from the day it is activated?
A

Yes.  The 12 month membership starts from the date of activation, not the date of purchase. For instance, if the membership was activated on 10/20/17, it would expire on 10/20/18, exactly one year later.

A

You have one year to use your activation code. Once your membership is activated, it will be good for 12 months from the date of activation.

Q Can anyone in our household login and enjoy the FUN CLUB?
A

Yes. The FUN CLUB membership is a family membership and is good for the entire household. The only restriction is that only 2 members can login at the same time using the same username.

Q Why are ticket prices not visible before I login?
A

Because we are given exclusive "members only" deals from major companies, we are contractually obligated to respect and protect their names, brands and pricing models.  That’s why we can only use “up to”  amounts and percentages on the public part of our website. Once you login, you have access to exclusive discounts available to "members only".

A

No card or app needed. Similar to buying movie tickets, you place your order and your "E-tickets" can be downloaded immediately. Just print and take the "E-Tickets" to the box office at the event for admission.

Q How do I buy movie tickets in the FUN CLUB?
A

It's simple, really!  First, find out what theatre chains are nearby in your city (AMC, Regal, etc.) and specifically, which one is showing the movie that you want to see. Then login, click on "Movies" and then click on the "Theatre Chain" for your local theatre. Then place your order and your "E-tickets" can be downloaded and printed immediately. Print and take the "E-Tickets" to the box office for admission. You can buy them right before you head to the theatre. There is no waiting and the "E-Tickets" are good for any movie playing in the theatre.

Q Which stores/shops/brands will members be saving with?
A

Regarding the shops, it’s all online shopping and the deals are constantly revolving. Over 500 shops are in the FUN CLUB and they run from Bass Pro Shops to Rockport to Worldwide Golf Shops and all have different offers and they are always changing. Members have access to varying shops and offers year-round, which change with the seasons.

Q What grocery stores participate in the FUN CLUB coupon program?
A

The FUN CLUB gives members access to multiple coupon programs where you can choose coupons for the items you wish to purchase, print them and take them directly to the store and save money!  The coupons can be used at ALL grocery stores that accept manufacturers coupons.

FUNDRAISING QUESTIONS
Q How much of the $20 membership fee does the fundraising organization retain?
A

Groups/Organizations who sell the FUN CLUB memberships for $20, keep $10 of the proceeds. It's a 50/50 deal with 50% remaining with the Organization. The Organization collects the monies and then pays the FUN CLUB.

Any online membership sales made through referrals or renewals are also on a 50/50 basis with the Organization earning $10 or 50%.  

Organizations meet their fundraising goals and the FUN CLUB takes care of each member for an entire year.

Q Do we pay upfront?   or pay after we sell the memberships?
A

NO upfront fees are required.  Your organization sells the memberships and collects the fees and then you pay only for the memberships you sold.  The FUN CLUB will send you a supply of beautiful FUN CLUB brochures to aid you in your fundraiser. Put your fundraising letter inside and let the volunteers show the letter and brochure and explain a few of the exciting offers that the members will receive and pick up the $20 membership fee.

Q Can we sell memberships to people outside of our local area?
A

Yes, a family in your home town can buy a membership and the aunts, uncles and grandparents who live in another state can also buy a membership which raises funds for your group.  You can also do an email campaign as well as a website referral program too.

Q What is the procedure for getting started with a fundraising campaign?
A

First, register your group with the FUN CLUB.     Enroll your Group/Organization now, it's FREE  

Your Organization will receive full color brochures (see sample) to send home with each student/volunteer. Inside the brochures, you should insert a letter (see sample) detailing the purpose of your fundraising and ask them to support your group by purchasing a FUN CLUB family membership for only $20.

Q How is the FUN CLUB better than traditional coupon books?
A

Coupons are good for one-time use. Once printed, the coupon cannot be changed. There is usually a small number of coupons which have short term expiration dates.  The FUN CLUB allows unlimited access to hundreds of offers all year long.  The offers are constantly revolving and new offers are added each week. Because it is online, we are able to provide FUN CLUB members with great seasonal and holiday deals as well.

Q Who pays for the brochures? who pays for the fundraising letters?
A

A business sponsor will cover the cost of printing the brochures.  The organization doing the fundraising will cover the cost of copying the fundraising letter that should be inserted inside the brochure.

Q How does the sponsor program work?
A

The business sponsors name, logo, address and phone number is custom printed on the front of the FUN CLUB membership brochure.  Sponsors receive the goodwill associated with helping local churches, schools and non-profits in the communities raise money!

Q How does the referral fundraising program work?
A

Organization will receive a FUN CLUB logo to be placed on the Organization’s website/Facebook page embedded with a link to the FUN CLUB signup page.  Anyone who joins from this link will generate a payment of $10 (50%) for the Organization. You can also send out an email broadcast to all your supporters too.

Q How does the renewal fundraising program work?
A

The Fun Club will attempt to renew the members at the end of each 12 month term and pay the Organization $10 (50%) for each renewal from memberships that were originally sold by the Organization. This will continue as long as the Organization displays the Fun Club logo on the Organization’s website with a link to the Fun Club website.
