If for any reason a Company sees a game it produced, a flash game it made or an emulator it created on our site and wish that it be removed, we would gladly remove them from our site. We only need the Company written consent, which can be sent to us via email to support@sonimager.com.

Many games in our site have been either discontinued by their official Company and were posted on our site to keep the gaming history intact. If you are a Company of a game we have, and wish to have the games removed. Please send us a request at support@sonimager.com.

If you are a Company who wishes to have their games or emulators added to our site, we will also be happy to post it on our site. Please send us an email to support@sonimager.com.

Owning commercial ROM files is illegal if you do not own the original cartridge. The ROM files provided for download on FunTimes.us are believed to be Freeware or Public Domain. If you own the copyrights to any of the ROM files we offer for download, please contact us via email and we remove them immediately.
